We’re looking for a standout Head of Live to lead delivery and production across all live projects globally. This is a senior leadership role, overseeing a team of talented producers and a Senior Project Director, with full responsibility for ensuring consistency, creativity, and excellence in every execution.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the delivery of live events, conferences, experiential activations, and large-scale builds

• Managing complex budgets upwards of £1 million

• Upholding safety, compliance, and creative standards

• Driving consistency across global offices and project teams

• Partnering with client services on account growth and delivery integration

Must-haves:

• Significant level of experience in a live events agency, and in a management role

• Strong experience in event logistics, 3D build, fabrication, and technical production

• Clear understanding of safety and compliance protocols

• Proven leadership in a fast-paced agency environment

• Excellent communicator and team motivator, calm under pressure

• A genuine passion for live experiences

• Experience working with brands in the retail and auto space a bonus

• A background across both B2B and B2C projects is ideal

This is a Department Head role with real global influence. The right person will be visible, present, and committed.
