Account Director. London, Hybrid. Up to £50K
This social impact consultancy combines thinking, creativity and communications to nurture organisations and people towards changes in perspectives and behaviour. We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Account Director to join their team.
This role supports a number of accounts, ensuring that they are both impactful and profitable and, where appropriate, growing. This Account Director will take responsibility for the delivery of client projects, ensuring quality work that meets client needs and addresses their organisational problems and must champion that work.
You will regularly be involved with developing proposals and pitches for new business, approaching these with both a creative and commercial mindset. There is potential for this role to become permanent, depending on business needs and the future structure of the team. The successful candidate will receive a full handover and play a key role in maintaining continuity and delivering results during this period.
Responsibilities of this Account Director:

Managing the delivery of client projects - managing and running the process from inception to delivery – being accountable for developing the work, presenting and selling this effectively to clients, through to the final, agreed deliverables.

Leading the day-to-day client relationship In doing so, in support of the overall client lead, and in doing so ensuring the profitability, growth and impact of client accounts.

Taking a strategic approach to understanding our clients’ needs, interrogating the client briefs (by challenging and asking questions) to develop briefs that meet business needs in an effective and accountable way.

Understand the wider context of where our work can add value and how to create bigger opportunities for our clients.

Reporting key financial and team data to the senior leadership team

Participating in and driving the development of new business proposals and pitches
