AM/SAM – the role
The AM/SAM co-ordinates client programmes and works as the liaison between the team and the client, effectively engaging internal teams and clients to ensure successful, co-ordinated results.
The AM/SAM strives to maintain, meet and exceed client expectations in overseeing the management and delivery of projects to budget and on time. You’ll clearly need to be a team player with strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. You’ll need to be exceptionally organised and be able to coordinate, self-motivate and support the team.
You may be an experienced AM, keen and ready to take that next step up to SAM. Or you may be an SAM who is bored of their current client mix and looking for a more dynamic team with a wide mix of clients. You'll need to have some good experience of working in a branding agency; be someone with a passion for brands and identities and their impact.

• 4 or 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Someone with an intuitive understanding of what we do and why it matters
• Enthusiastic, energetic and imaginative
• Approachable and diplomatic
• A natural communicator – a good writer and strong presenter
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage workload under pressure
• Extremely organised, flexible and always thinking ahead
• Commercially aware and good with figures
