Our client are are seeking a strategic and creative Head of Marketing with deep expertise in B2B and content-led growth to lead their marketing function. This role will own the full marketing strategy from positioning and messaging through to demand generation and brand building with a strong focus on creating impactful content that drives engagement, trust, and revenue.

As a senior leader, you will shape the voice of their brand, lead a team of marketers and content creators, and work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to accelerate growth and strengthen their market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Define and own our content marketing strategy across multiple channels (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, social, email, video, events, etc.).
  • Partner with Sales to design demand generation campaigns that deliver high-quality leads and measurable pipeline growth.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and thought leadership, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Lead market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform strategy.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
  • Establish and track marketing KPIs, optimizing spend and channels to maximize ROI.
  • Drive marketing automation, CRM integration, and analytics to improve efficiency and measurement.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to develop compelling go-to-market campaigns and customer stories.
  • Represent marketing at the leadership level, contributing to business strategy and growth planning.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior B2B marketing role (Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or equivalent).
  • Strong background in content strategy, creation, and distribution in a B2B context.
  • Demonstrated success in demand generation and lead nurturing for complex buying cycles.
  • Experience managing and developing a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and digital analytics tools.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
