Motion Designer – Long-Term Contract – In-House Creative Team (Automotive Brand) Based in Warwickshire

Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week) must be local + driver
Duration: Start ASAP until March 2026
Rate: £30/hour (Inside IR35, via umbrella)

We’re working with a globally recognised luxury automotive brand who are seeking a Motion Designer to join their in-house team on a long-term freelance basis.

This is a high-impact opportunity to work within a collaborative creative studio, helping shape the motion and interaction layer of one of the most recognisable visual identities in the world.

What You’ll Do

• Transform static brand visuals into dynamic motion graphics and animated systems

• Develop transitions, micro-interactions, and animation systems for digital and in-car UI

• Support real-time rendering workflows and HMI asset production

• Maintain brand consistency across platforms and products

• Collaborate closely with graphic designers and UI/UX specialists

• Contribute to motion strategy, storytelling, and visual choreography

️ Must-Have Skills (CVs must clearly show these to be considered):

• Proven motion design experience in both agency and in-house/corporate settings

• Confident delivering 2D and 3D animation across multiple formats

• Expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Adobe Animate

• Solid experience with at least one of: Cinema 4D, Blender, or Houdini

• Understanding of rendering techniques and workflows

• Familiarity with Unreal Engine (preferred but not essential)

• Strong grasp of animation and interaction design principles: timing, easing, motion logic

• Experience collaborating across global teams and managing stakeholder feedback
