Are you a talented Planner looking to take the next step in your career? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected planning consultancy based in Leeds, who are looking to grow their dynamic team with the addition of a driven and ambitious Town Planner.

About the Role:

You’ll be working on a diverse portfolio of projects across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking consultancy with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering high-quality planning advice to clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
• Advising clients on planning strategy and policy
• Liaising with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders
• Supporting senior team members on large-scale developments
• Undertaking site visits and preparing reports

What We’re Looking For:

• RTPI-accredited degree in Planning or related field
• MRTPI (or working towards chartership)
• 1–5 years’ experience in a planning role (public or private sector)
• Excellent communication, report writing, and organisational skills
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for planning
