This role suits someone who's organised, persuasive, and calm under pressure. If you're looking for a role where no two days are the same, this is it.
What you’ll be doing:
Your role will be split 50/50, providing project and administrative support for our small inhouse creative studio and for one of their key client account.
You’ll work with our head of design to ensure the smooth flow of projects through our inhouse studio, allocating resources, including freelance talent, to deliver projects on time and within budget. You’ll ensure everyone knows what they are doing, why, and by when. And you’ll help run regular studio stand-ups to check everything’s on track and troubleshoot if not.
You’ll also work closely with one of their client account teams to ensure the smooth onboarding and management of these projects. Typically, these projects involve the creation of marketing campaign assets like landing pages, e-books, video and traffic-driving assets like banner ads and paid social posts.
Day to day you’ll be required to:
- Set up and maintain organised folders and file systems on a shared drive and project
- Create project timelines in Asana
- Schedule internal meetings
- Take internal meeting notes and actions and update project journals in Slack
- Search for and download assets on the Digital Asset Management platform
- Run weekly status meeting to ensure projects are on track
- Assist in packaging assets for delivery to the client
- Triggering and supporting the creative team to finalise and package assets
- Creating copydecks for social, display, and landing page assets
- Ensuring folders and files follow client naming preferences
- Reviewing packaging folders to check all assets are correct and complete
- Uploading assets to the Autodesk Digital Asset Management platform
- To begin with, this will be a non-client-facing role. Over time, as you get up to speed and grow and develop, we envisage that the role will become client facing.
