The Role:

As one of the senior leaders in the agency, you will lead and inspire a talented account management team, nurturing client relationships at the highest level. You’ll be pivotal in shaping strategy, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional delivery across projects.

• Lead multiple client accounts with confidence, building trusted partnerships at senior client levels

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow agency revenue and market presence

• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure integrated campaign success

• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations and agency standards
