Traffic Manager - Creative Agency

Location: beautiful office in Central London / Hybrid (specifics shared upon application)

We are partnering with an award-winning creative agency that delivers serious impact. These guys aren't just helping flog products; they're building deep brand advocacy by focusing on issues that matter most to young people. They operate where strategy, social good, and killer creative intersect, driving growth for their clients as both a brand and an employer.

They have a fantastic reputation for ambitious, high-quality work and a genuinely supportive culture — and they need you to keep their engine running smoothly.

The Opportunity: can you steer the ship?

This isn't just a scheduling job; it's a commercially vital role where you’ll be the central figure ensuring the agency’s profitability and growth. You'll be the confident, proactive force that manages the flow of work across the Strategy, Creative, and Content departments.

If you thrive on agency operations, problem-solving, and making sure the right people are on the right jobs (at the right time!), this is the spot for you.

What You'll Be Accountable For

  • Resource Allocation: own the day-to-day resourcing across creative, content and strategy teams.
  • Prioritisation: collaborate with department heads to agree priorities, resolve resource conflicts, and keep the team humming.
  • Process: run weekly resourcing meetings and manage the overall workflow using resource management tools (like Float) to increase visibility and accuracy.
  • The crystal ball: work with senior leadership on medium-term capacity planning - including identifying resource gaps before anyone else
  • Management support: provide day to day support to the CD

Who We're Looking For

We need a decisive, friendly and effective professional. You're a proven Traffic, Resource, or Operations Manager who has successfully navigated the complexities of an agency environment for 3-5 years.

  • You are trusted by all levels and aren't afraid to communicate effectively, even when delivering difficult news or resolving resourcing clashes. These things happen and are the one keeping a level head.
  • You are safe hands on resourcing software and systems. Previous experience of Float and Paprika would be particularly beneficial
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment where quality is non-negotiable.
  • You’re a natural at identifying risks and finding effective solutions before they become bottlenecks.

This is a critical role for one of the most exciting agencies in London. Their work is purpose-driven, so you'll know that your efforts have a wider benefit behind them too. Want to know more? Drop me a line for a confidential chat about our client and the full scope of the role.

Salary: in the region of £50k-£55k DOE plus exceptional benefits as you would expect from an agency of this calibre.
