Graduate Planner – Surrey

I’m working with a leading planning consultancy who are looking to bring on board an ambitious Graduate Planner to join their growing team in Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their planning career to gain hands-on experience across a wide variety of projects, with full support towards RTPI Chartership.

The role:

• Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
• Supporting senior planners on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
• Carrying out site appraisals, research, and policy analysis
• Drafting reports and planning documents

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Town Planning (RTPI accredited preferred) or related subject
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Strong attention to detail with an eagerness to learn
• A genuine passion for planning and development
