We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Town Planner to join our Manchester team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate in Town Planning, Geography, Environmental Studies, or a related discipline to kick-start their career within a supportive and forward-thinking planning practice.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
  • Support senior planners in delivering a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
  • Conduct research, site appraisals, and policy analysis
  • Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to reports, design statements, and planning documents

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree in Town Planning or a related subject (RTPI-accredited preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical thinking with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • A genuine passion for planning and sustainable development
