Talent Manager / Agent (Beauty/Food/Fitness)

As Talent Manager, you’ll play a central role in amplifying our clients’ messages and driving their growth. Working closely with CEO Bev James and our Head of Talent, you’ll manage and develop a diverse roster, build strong industry relationships, and generate new opportunities across broadcasting, media, brand partnerships, digital and live events.

What You’ll Do

Talent Representation & Development

• Support and develop our roster, with a particular focus on clients in the Beauty, Food, and Fitness sectors, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.

• Identify and sign both established and emerging talent aligned with our mission.

• Attend client engagements as required (sometimes outside of normal working hours).

Business Development & Partnerships

• Build and maintain strong relationships with speaker agencies, broadcasters, brands, and licensing partners.

• Create and deliver tailored pitches across TV, brand, and licensing.

• Secure new opportunities that grow revenue streams and expand client visibility.

Strategy & Commercial Growth

• Formulate strategies to maximise client impact and build sustainable businesses around their brands.

• Lead on fee negotiations, contracts, invoicing, and payments for commercial deals.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively explore new avenues.

Operations & Collaboration

• Coordinate diaries, travel, and logistics for talent.

• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure joined-up, efficient operations.

• Contribute flexibly to special projects when required.

About You

• Demonstrated success in professional talent representation or agenting, ideally with experience spanning brand partnerships, broadcasting, media, live events and digital platforms.  Alternatively, applicants with a strong background in client or account management within public relations, brand partnerships, or television/media

• A good network of contacts across media, broadcasting, brands, and PR – ideally within the Beauty, Food &/or Wellbeing space.

• Skilled at reading and negotiating contracts.

• Excellent written communication with high attention to detail.

• A proactive, ideas-driven self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team.

• Friendly, professional, and discreet with exceptional people skills.

• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects with strong time management.

Location/Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday – hybrid 3:2 (Office/WFH) based at our Chiswick, London office.
