The PR Account Manager candidate
- You'll have 3-4 years' PR agency experience
- Experienced in media relations with great contacts
- Be comfortable leading meetings and presentations
- Highly organised and resourceful, a great problem solver
- Able to build evaluation campaigns, and shape research requirements and methodologies
- A consummate relationship builder and nurturer with clients, media and colleagues alike
- You'll want to create work that impacts creatively, culturally and societally
The PR Account Manager Role
- You'll work across multiple clients launching consumer-facing, purpose-driven PR campaigns with creative activations.
- You will develop a deep understanding of clients’ business to frame strategic solutions to their organisational issues.
- You take an active role in new business development, identifying opportunities, and contributing to
pitches.
- You'll have a good understanding of current and changing media and digital landscape to enable coverage across national, broadcast and consumer media.
- Support the wider team on adapting and adjusting media relations strategy when required.
- You'll create strong media stories and great PR-able ideas
- You'll build valuable relationships with key influencers and industry spokespeople
- You'll represent PR at Account Manager level within the agency and provide PR consultation and strategy advice to support clients and colleagues.
- You'll play an active role in mentoring and nurturing the talent of junior members of the team
